Would you like to volunteer at the Labor Day Festival?

We need:
– Committee members to help plan the event, e.g. applying for permits, fundraising, helping with publicity, processing applications for the various participatory activities during the weekend, and coming up with new ideas for fun activities and then helping to organize them! The committee starts meeting monthly in March on the 2nd Tuesday of the month to do all the advance planning, and then meets weekly in August. Tuesday evenings at the Community Center.
– Volunteers to help on the day, e.g. coordinating the permit parking, helping to set up Information Day, the Craft Fair and the Art & Photo shows, helping with logistics at the Parade, and giving out information at the Info Booth
