Tent regulations: PG County has been having issues with tents not being properly secured and prone to blowing away. As a result, the Fire Marshal advised of this change last year. Vendors must have the following anchors for their tents. Last year a bucket with concrete and sand bags were allowed.
10×10 Canopies/ tents must be weighted with at least 24 pounds weight for each anchor for
wind loads up to 15 miles per hour and must be taken down if wind speed exceeds 15 mph.
Canopies/ tents larger than 10 x10 must be weighted at least 50 pounds weight for each anchor for the tent, per IBC 2018 and must be taken down if the wind speed exceeds 15 mph

Registration fee is $25.00 per space. Payment may be made via PayPal to gldftreasurer@gmail.com (preferred) or via a check/money order mailed to Greenbelt Labor Day Festival, Attn: Information Day, P.O. Box 2, Greenbelt, MD 20768
