The Larry Noël races returned to their historic (2008 and earlier) courses. The 2011 Larry Noël 15K Race and 3K Fun Run took place on the evening of Sunday, September 4th through Greenbelt, MD and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Research Center.
15K Race starting line was on Northway at Woodland Way. 3K Fun Run starting line was at Braden Field Tennis Courts.
All entry fees included a $5 contribution to the Girls Gotta Run Foundation, an organization that provides running shoes for young women athletes in Ethiopia. The races were sponsored by the DC Road Runners Club.
